Wine Consulting
Allison consults to private clients in purchasing wine. Current clients include both members of the entertainment and technology communities. Consultation includes sample (courtesy) tastings to determine client’s tastes and budgetary needs. Fee is 15% of pre-tax bottle price and includes wine evaluation, notes on cellaring, food pairings, etc.
Brokering
Allison Robbins wines is now a fully licensed wholesaler and broker in the State of California, representing the finest of boutique wines from California, Oregon and Washington State. Allison holds a Certification in Vintage Wine from UCLA, is a member of the Society of Wine Educators, passed the Wine and Spirits Education Trust exam and is a member of the American Wine Society.
